At Black Rock Coffee Bar, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service, the highest quality goods, and of course, delicious coffee. We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy. 

Shipping Information

Black Rock Coffee Bar offers standard mail service (5-7) business days. Please allow (1-2) business days for your order to process. We are not responsible for delays in mail service due to holidays, weather or situations outside of our control.

Gift Cards 

Unfortunately, we do not accept gift card returns. Orders can only be cancelled if requested prior to shipping.

Whole Bean Coffee

Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry—we're here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.


If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Missing / Damaged Items

  • Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.
  • For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.
  • If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.

Subscription Updates

All requests for cancellations, change of address, or any deviation from a regular order must be made within 24 hours of the subscription order(s) going through. Click here to login to your account.
