We want to thank all our rewards members that have helped make the program great over the years! We’ve heard you and are excited to announce an even better program, launching June 26th.

While we are sunsetting the program as it is today, there is still plenty of time to take advantage of our current great benefits. You will stop accruing loyalty points June 24, 2024, but will still be able to continue to redeem your banked free drinks. Banked free drinks grandfathered from the previous loyalty program will expire on December 27, 2024. Partial point balances will not transfer over, so if you have less than 1,000 points those points will expire June 24, 2024.

Earning Points (Bolts) Loyalty members will earn 2 bolts for every $1 spent on the new rewards program.

Redeeming Bolts Loyalty members can save their bolts and turn their bolts into rewards for free drinks. Rewards start at just 170 bolts.

Our loyalty members deserve more! With the new program, we’ll be able to offer more convenient ways to order your favorites and earn points. With the new program, members will earn points on their mobile and online orders as well as be the first to hear about new product launches and surprise promotion days.

You can register in the new program here. Remember, you won’t start accruing bolts on the new program until June 26, 2024. If you are already a registered member, we will automatically enroll you in the new program.

Members that add their birthday to their account will be eligible for a free medium hot or iced drink that they can redeem within 30 days of their birthday.

Yes, bolts expire after 180 days inactivity. If you do not make a purchase at a location or via our mobile app within a period of 180 days, all unredeemed bolts, including welcome bonuses, will expire and be removed from your account.  Rewards expire after 180 days following conversion from bolts

Members earn bolts when they provide their phone number in-store and at the drive-thru. Compared to the old program, where members could only earn points on mobile app and in-store/drive-thru orders, members will now be able to earn bolts when they sign into their registered account and order online on the Black Rock Coffee Bar website. Additionally, members who have downloaded the new Black Rock Coffee Bar app and register will be able to earn bolts on all mobile orders.

Yes, members can redeem more than 1 reward at a time.
